EPIC WEDNEsday rules

  1. Be respectful of other students, FBC Mena staff, volunteers, and facilities.
  2. No use of foul language.
  3. No graphic clothing or accessories.
  4. Clothing must be appropriate and not revealing. (See Mena Public Schools dress code) FBC staff and EPIC Program Director have the right to determine if clothing meets dress code criteria.
  5. No hats and hoodies cannot cover the head.
  6. Keep your hands to yourself. No fighting.
  7. No bullying or harassment. (physically or verbally)
  8. Stay in designated areas.
  9. No leaving premises without permission per parent/ guardian and FBC Staff / EPIC Program Director knowledge.
  10. Students are responsible for personal belongings
  11. Students who are ill (fever or 99 degrees, vomiting, or have been diagnosed with flu, strep, COVID-19, or other infections) may not attend. Attendance may resume after the student is symptom-free for 24 hours
  12. All rules are applicable during transportation on FBC Mena vehicles to and from EPIC program.

Failure to follow one or more rules will result in the following:

  1. 1st offense- Verbal warning
  2. 2nd offense- Parent/Guardian Contact to be made aware of the situation. 
  3. 3rd offense- Parent/ Guardian contact. The student may not attend the EPIC program for two consecutive weeks. 
  4. 4th offense - Parent/Guardian contact. Students will not be allowed to remain in the EPIC program for the remainder of the semester and may return the following semester under the guidelines of the FBC Mena staff/ Program Director. 
  5. ***  NOTE- fighting, bullying, harassment, or damage to FBC Mena will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal of the EPIC program. Re-entry will be determined by FBC Mena Staff / Program Director
  6. ***NOTE- each offense will be documented as well as parent/ guardian contact and action taken.
